 Tell Me Where Does Love Go When It Goes To Die

is it simply left behind, still buried in the places you left it? is it still in bed waiting for you to come back and find it suffocating under the sheets? locked in the bottom drawer of your jewelry box with notes you’ll never read again, or in between the walls of the place you used to call home. does it remember the reasons and people it used to live for? does it care that it is useless now--or is it, really? you loved before, you just start loving something else more.
